What is Paypig?
A paypig is a consenting adult submissive in a findom dynamic who enjoys sending money, tributes or gifts to a dominant creator, with the giving itself being the source of satisfaction.
Paypig is findom slang for a submissive who gets satisfaction from paying. Unlike an ordinary customer, a paypig is not mainly buying a product; the act of giving, and the acknowledgement that follows, is the experience. The term is used affectionately within the community, and many subs use it about themselves.
Paypigs usually send tributes, buy items from a creator's wishlist, pay for messages or fund cash gifts. Some prefer anonymous sends; others want public recognition, such as appearing on a creator's gift feed or a thank-you in a live stream.
On MyShrine a paypig pays the creator's set price plus a 10% service fee shown before paying. A £20 tribute costs the fan £22 and the creator receives £18. Tributes can be sent under an alias or anonymously, which hides the fan's name from the public gift feed.
