Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 2026
1. Our Commitment
Aquila Global Limited (“MyShrine”) is committed to making our platform accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
2. What We Do
We have taken the following steps to support accessibility:
- Semantic HTML markup throughout the site for screen reader compatibility
- Keyboard navigable interface — all interactive elements are reachable via keyboard
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios between text and backgrounds
- Responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes, zoom levels, and orientations
- Form labels and error messages associated with their corresponding inputs
- Alternative text for meaningful images
- ARIA labels on interactive elements where native semantics are insufficient
- No content that flashes more than three times per second
3. Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, certain areas of the platform may have limitations:
- Live streaming: Real-time video and audio content may not have captions or transcripts. We are exploring automated captioning solutions.
- User-generated content: Images, videos, and text uploaded by creators may not meet accessibility standards. We encourage creators to add descriptions to their content.
- Third-party integrations: Some features powered by external services (payment processors, identity verification) may have their own accessibility limitations outside our direct control.
4. Browser & Assistive Technology Support
MyShrine is designed to work with:
- Recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge
- Screen readers including VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), NVDA (Windows), and TalkBack (Android)
- Browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
- System-level text sizing and display preferences
5. Feedback & Reporting Issues
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of MyShrine. If you encounter any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
