18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

General Statement

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or at this website (shrine.io) were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

All depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct were produced by independent third-party content creators who have separately certified their compliance with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Exemption Claim — Secondary Producer Status

Aquila Global Ltd trading as MyShrine (shrine.io) is not the "producer" as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(A) of any of the visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct contained on this website.

Aquila Global Ltd operates solely as a "secondary producer" as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v), in that it provides an interactive computer service ("platform") upon which third-party primary producers upload content. Aquila Global Ltd does not create, produce, direct, or otherwise produce the sexually explicit content that appears on this website.

Accordingly, and pursuant to the exemption provided under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v), Aquila Global Ltd does not maintain the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for content produced by third-party creators and appearing on this site. Such records are required to be maintained, and are maintained, by the respective primary producers of the content.

Custodian of Records — Primary Producers (Content Creators)

Content creators operating on this Platform are primary producers under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and are individually responsible for maintaining all records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 in respect of content they produce and upload to the Platform.

Each creator is required, as a condition of their use of the Platform, to certify that all persons depicted in their content are 18 years of age or older and that the creator holds all applicable 2257 records. Information regarding each creator's custodian of records is available upon written request.

For records maintained by Aquila Global Ltd relating to any content directly produced by Aquila Global Ltd (if any), the designated custodian of records is:

Age Verification Requirements

All Creators are required to submit valid government-issued photo identification proving they are 18 years of age or older prior to activation of their account on the Platform. This process is conducted via our KYC provider, Didit (didit.me). Verification records and the verification outcome are retained by Aquila Global Ltd in accordance with applicable law.

All content depicting sexual conduct submitted to the Platform is reviewed by our moderation team and must receive explicit approval before publication. No content is published without moderation approval.

All Fans accessing the Platform are required to complete age verification confirming they are 18 years of age or older prior to accessing any adult content.
