1. Parties & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the MyShrine platform ("Platform"), operated by Aquila Global Ltd trading as MyShrine (myshrine.io), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17407113, with its registered office at 189 Tonbridge Road, Wateringbury, Kent, ME18 5NY, United Kingdom ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Our support contact is support@myshrine.io.

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately.

2. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• Platform — the MyShrine website, applications, and related services accessible at myshrine.io.
• Creator — a verified individual who has completed KYC and uses the Platform to upload and sell Content.
• Fan — an individual who uses the Platform to purchase, access, or interact with Content.
• Content — any digital material (including without limitation video, photographs, audio recordings, text, or other media) uploaded by a Creator to the Platform.
• Services — the features, tools, and functionality provided via the Platform, including content hosting, payment processing, and communication tools.
• Agreement — these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Content Moderation Policy, AML Policy, and, for Creators, the Creator Agreement accepted before accessing the Creator dashboard, each incorporated herein by reference.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher), as verified through our age verification process;
• Be legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction;
• Not be located in any jurisdiction where access to adult content of this nature is prohibited by applicable law, or in any jurisdiction the Platform restricts (see our restricted locations page);
• Not be a person named on, or owned or controlled by a person named on, any sanctions list maintained by the United Nations, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the United States (including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list);
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
• Not have previously been suspended or permanently banned from the Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate access where we have reason to believe eligibility requirements are not met.

4. Creator Terms

4.1 Verification & KYC

All Creators must complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") via our third-party verification provider, Didit, prior to activation. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document and a biometric liveness (selfie) check, and confirms the Creator's name, date of birth (18 or older), and country. Identity documents issued by a jurisdiction the Platform restricts are not accepted. Accounts will not be activated until verification is successfully completed and approved.

4.2 Content Moderation

Every photo, video and audio file uploaded by a User is checked before publication. Images and videos are scanned automatically for known child sexual abuse material and other prohibited content, and flagged files are blocked. Files the scanners cannot check (including audio), custom request deliveries, each Creator's first five uploads and a random sample of other uploads are held until approved by our moderation team; other files that pass the scans are published automatically and may be removed later. Timeline posts are text-only. Text in product listings, profiles, posts, service menus, and messages is screened by our keyword filter, and text indicating illegal activity is blocked. Live streams must comply with this Agreement and our Content Moderation Policy, are automatically scanned throughout the broadcast (still frames from each broadcaster's camera are captured and scanned, and frames that pass are deleted immediately), may be monitored in real time by our moderation team, can be reported by any viewer, and may be ended by us at any time. A live stream in which suspected child sexual abuse material is detected is ended automatically. Creators acknowledge and agree that publication is not guaranteed and that the Company reserves the right to reject or remove any Content at its sole discretion.

4.2.1 Automated Content Moderation Tools

In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065), we disclose the following: we employ automated tools as part of our content moderation process. These include:

• Hash-matching technology (Project Arachnid Shield by the Canadian Centre for Child Protection) to detect known child sexual abuse material (CSAM) by comparing uploaded content against databases of known illegal imagery.
• AI-based image classification (Sightengine) to detect potentially illegal or policy-violating content including underage depictions, violence, and other prohibited material.

These automated tools assist — they do not replace — human moderation. Content flagged by automated systems is blocked or removed immediately, the detection is logged, and our moderation team is alerted and reviews it. A flag may result in an automatic warning under Section 9; suspected CSAM results in immediate suspension and is reported to the National Crime Agency as required by law. Creators may appeal any automated decision via support@myshrine.io, and a human moderator reviews every appeal; warnings found to be wrong are overturned.

4.3 Creator Warranties

By uploading Content to the Platform, each Creator represents and warrants that:

• All persons depicted in the Content were 18 years of age or older at the time of the creation of such Content;
• The Creator has obtained and retains all records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 (where applicable) and all equivalent legislation in applicable jurisdictions;
• Every other person appearing in the Content is 18 or older, has had their identity and age checked against government-issued photo ID by the Creator, and has given informed written consent both to being recorded and to the Content being published on the Platform; the Creator has logged each such person in the Platform's Performer Records and will provide copies of the ID and consent records to us, our payment partners, or regulators on request;
• The Creator holds all necessary rights, licences, consents, and permissions to upload, display, and distribute the Content via the Platform;
• The Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; and
• The Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4.4 Prohibited Content

Creators may not upload, distribute, or otherwise make available any Content that:

• Depicts, references, or simulates persons under 18 years of age in a sexual context (CSAM);
• Constitutes non-consensual content or is presented as non-consensual, including rape or simulated rape, and content in which a participant is, or appears to be, asleep, unconscious, or intoxicated;
• Depicts real violence, gore, or physical harm;
• Depicts death or simulated death;
• Depicts bestiality;
• Depicts defecation or scat;
• Depicts or describes incest, including role-play between family or step-family members;
• Involves illegal substances or activities;
• Violates any applicable law or regulation in any jurisdiction in which the Platform operates.

Where Content breaches this clause, we will remove the offending Content immediately. For most violations, our three-strike warning system (see Section 9) applies and your account will not be terminated. However, where Content constitutes or is suspected to constitute child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), or any other material that we are legally required to report or act upon under applicable law, we are obliged to take immediate action including account suspension and referral to the National Crime Agency (NCA), other law enforcement agencies, and/or the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF). Such action is not discretionary but a legal obligation under UK law.

4.5 Creator Status

Creators are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of Aquila Global Ltd. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create any employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency between a Creator and Aquila Global Ltd.

4.6 Earnings & Platform Fee

MyShrine operates a split platform fee model. Creators set their own prices. A 10% platform service fee is added to the listed price on the fan-facing side (so a £10 item costs a fan £11.00). Separately, a 10% platform commission is deducted from the creator's listed price before crediting earnings (so a £10 listed price results in £9.00 credited to the creator). The platform's total revenue on each transaction is 20% of the creator's listed price.

In plain terms: creator listed price × 1.1 = what the fan pays; creator listed price × 0.9 = what the creator receives. Creators always see and set their own price. Fans always see the price inclusive of the 10% platform service fee.

Payout processing fees (where applicable, e.g. crypto network fees) are borne by the creator at the point of withdrawal. A minimum payout threshold of £50 applies. Payouts are processed weekly on Fridays to the Creator's nominated Paxum account (where Paxum is available in the Creator's country of residence — Paxum is not available to residents of the United States) or cryptocurrency wallet. Payouts are only made to Creators who have completed identity verification (Section 4.1), and payout accounts must be held in the Creator's own name.

Creator referrals. A verified Creator may invite other Creators using their personal referral link. For 12 months from the referred Creator's sign-up, the referring Creator earns 1% of the referred Creator's earnings from their own sales. This is paid by MyShrine from its own share and does not reduce the referred Creator's 90%. Referral earnings are added to the referring Creator's balance and paid with normal payouts. Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, and referrals obtained by misleading claims are not permitted; we may withhold or reverse referral earnings connected to them. We may change or end the referral programme for new referrals at any time.

4.7 Online Services Only — No In-Person Meetings

All services offered through the Platform, including sessions, calls, customs, and tasks, are provided online only. Creators may not offer, advertise, arrange, or accept payment for in-person meetings, escort services, or any form of physical sexual services, whether on the Platform or by using the Platform to arrange them elsewhere. Any breach results in immediate account suspension.

4.8 Independence, Anti-Trafficking & Anti-Coercion

Each Creator account must belong to, and be controlled by, the verified individual who appears in its Content. Creators must participate freely and must not be acting under the direction, coercion, or control of any other person. No third party may hold, control, or receive a Creator's earnings. Payouts are only made to the verified Creator's own nominated payout account, which is locked once set and can only be changed through a support request. We use keyword monitoring, identity verification, and payout controls to detect signs of human trafficking, forced labour, slavery, or debt bondage. We may require a Creator to re-verify their identity at any time, and we will suspend any account where we suspect trafficking or coercion and report it to the relevant authorities.

5. Fan Terms

5.1 Purchases & Digital Content

Fans purchase a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access specific digital Content. All sales of digital Content are final once access has been granted or the Content has been downloaded. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

By purchasing digital Content, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of that Content and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once access has been granted or download has commenced. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

5.2 Permitted Use

Purchased Content is licensed for personal, private use only. Fans may not redistribute, share, resell, sublicence, copy, or otherwise disseminate purchased Content to any third party, whether for commercial gain or otherwise. Unauthorised distribution of Content may constitute copyright infringement and/or breach of contract and may result in legal action.

5.3 Age Verification

Age verification via Didit biometric verification is required at account creation. By completing age verification, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

5.4 Tributes & Gifts

Fans may send voluntary monetary tributes and gifts to Creators natively on the Platform. Tributes and gifts are voluntary payments and are non-refundable. No Fan is ever obliged to pay a Creator, and Creators must not demand payment through threats, blackmail, exposure of personal information, or any claim that a Fan owes them money. 5.5 Wallet Balance

Fans may top up a wallet balance to pay for items on the Platform. Wallet balance is prepaid platform credit: it can only be spent on the Platform, cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash or cryptocurrency, cannot be transferred to another user, and does not earn interest. Unused balance is refundable only as set out in our Refund Policy or where required by law.

5.6 Paid Interactions

Some Creators charge for interactions, which are paid from your wallet at the price shown (always inclusive of the 10% platform service fee): a fee per message sent to a Creator who charges for messages, per-minute charges for calls, tickets for paid live streams, and tips. Session bookings and custom content requests are paid in full when booked or submitted; if the Creator declines or cancels, you are refunded in full to your wallet. The price or rate of each interaction is displayed before you use it. Refunds of deposits and other charges are handled as set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

All users (Creators and Fans) are prohibited from:

• Uploading, sharing, or distributing any Content involving persons under 18 years of age;
• Uploading, sharing, or distributing non-consensual content or content presented as non-consensual;
• Uploading, sharing, or distributing Content depicting real violence or gore;
• Uploading, sharing, or distributing content depicting bestiality;
• Uploading, sharing, or distributing Content that violates any applicable law or any other Content prohibited by Section 4.4, including in private messages;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users of the Platform;
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity;
• Attempting to circumvent age verification or identity verification systems;
• Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting data from the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform;
• Promoting, facilitating, or engaging in sex trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation in violation of FOSTA-SESTA (18 U.S.C. §§ 2421A, 1591);
• Soliciting or advertising prostitution, escort services, or commercial sexual services;
• Offering, requesting, or arranging in-person meetings through the Platform;
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or move funds unconnected to genuine purchases of Content or services;
• Buying, selling, or trading virtual currency, offering gambling, or offering any other goods or services prohibited by applicable law or by our payment partners;
• Sharing non-consensual intimate imagery (including AI-generated or digitally altered intimate imagery) of any person without their consent, in violation of the TAKE IT DOWN Act (18 U.S.C. § 1309).

Anyone, including people without an account, can report Content or conduct that breaches these Terms using the Report button on a live stream or our report form. Non-consensual intimate imagery can be reported through our Take It Down form, copyright infringement through our DMCA page, and complaints about our decisions through our complaints process.

7. Payment Terms

All payments on the Platform are processed via NOWPayments (cryptocurrency) in Phase 1 of the Platform's operation. Prices are displayed in GBP; the cryptocurrency equivalent is calculated at the prevailing rate at the time of payment.

Where card payments are offered, the billing descriptor will appear as AQUILA GLOBAL LTD. If you do not recognise a charge under this descriptor, please contact support@myshrine.io before initiating a chargeback.

A 10% platform service fee is included in all prices shown to fans. Creators receive 90% of their listed price as net earnings per transaction. The total platform revenue per transaction is 20% of the creator's listed price.

We operate an anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing programme (see our AML Policy). We may request additional information about any transaction or source of funds, delay or withhold payments or payouts while we investigate, refuse or reverse transactions, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

Creators retain full ownership of all Content they upload to the Platform. By uploading Content, each Creator grants Aquila Global Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited licence to host, store, display, transmit, and make available the Content on and via the Platform solely for the purposes of operating the Services.

Fans who purchase Content receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and view the purchased Content for personal private use only. No ownership rights in the Content are transferred to Fans.

All trade marks, logos, and other intellectual property relating to the MyShrine brand and Platform are owned by Aquila Global Ltd and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Account Enforcement & Warning System

9.1 Our Approach — Content Removal, Not Account Removal

We believe in supporting creators for the long term. Our policy is to remove non-compliant Content rather than remove accounts. If your Content breaches our policies, we will take down the specific Content in question and issue a formal warning. Your account will not be suspended or terminated as a first or second response to a content policy breach, except in the circumstances set out in Section 9.3.

9.2 Three-Strike Warning System

Where a Creator uploads Content that breaches our Content Policy (Section 4.4) or community guidelines, the following process applies:

Warnings are issued in writing to the email address associated with your account. You have the right to appeal any warning or deactivation decision by contacting support@myshrine.io within 14 days of the notice.

9.3 Mandatory Legal Exceptions

The three-strike system does not apply where we are legally required to act immediately, or where the seriousness of the breach requires it. We will take immediate action — including account suspension and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement — in the following circumstances:

• Content that constitutes or is suspected to constitute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — we are legally obligated to report it to the National Crime Agency (NCA) and, where appropriate, the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and other law enforcement agencies;
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), commonly known as "revenge pornography", where we receive a valid takedown request or identify such material;
• Content that is the subject of a court order, statutory notice, or a formal request from law enforcement or a regulatory authority with appropriate jurisdiction;
• Fraudulent activity involving payment systems or identity fraud that exposes the Platform or its users to financial or legal risk;
• Offering, advertising, or arranging in-person meetings, escort services, or commercial sexual services (Section 4.7), which may facilitate sex trafficking or exploitation;
• Suspected human trafficking, coercion, forced labour, or debt bondage (Section 4.8).

In these specific circumstances, immediate suspension applies without prior warnings. Creators who breach these specific categories forfeit any pending earnings attributed to or arising from the violating Content.

9.4 Account Closure by User

Users may close their account at any time from their account settings, or by contacting support@myshrine.io. Deletion takes effect after a grace period of 30 days for Creators and 14 days for Fans, during which the account can be restored. Account closure is subject to resolution of any outstanding transactions or obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

MyShrine operates as a platform and technology intermediary. We are not the publisher, producer, or author of Creator Content. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim;
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• We shall not be liable for the Content, actions, or omissions of Creators or Fans on the Platform.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, subject to the following:

• EU users: Mandatory statutory protections afforded to consumers under applicable EU consumer law are not excluded by this Agreement. EU consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.
• US users: Disputes between US users and Aquila Global Ltd shall be subject to binding individual arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek emergency equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. Class action waivers apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

We recommend reviewing these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were most recently revised.
