Findom & femdom
What is Sub?
A sub, short for submissive, is the adult who consensually takes the yielding role in a BDSM, femdom or findom dynamic, following rules or requests set by a dominant partner.
Sub is short for submissive. In any power exchange, the sub is the person who chooses to hand some control to the dominant partner. Being a sub is an active choice: the sub sets limits, can withdraw consent, and decides what they are willing to take part in.
In online femdom and findom, subs are usually fans. They might buy content, send tributes, complete tasks, pay for messages or book sessions. In findom specifically, a sub who enjoys sending money is often called a paypig.
On MyShrine, subs interact with creators as fans. They can pay by cryptocurrency directly or through a prepaid wallet balance, send tributes anonymously so their name is hidden from the public gift feed, and accept or decline any task a creator sets.
Healthy submission depends on clear limits. Subs should decide a budget in advance, never send money needed for rent, bills or essentials, and walk away from anyone who threatens exposure or applies pressure. Those behaviours break MyShrine's rules and can be reported.
